You will find number of tutorials to create a bootable usb to install Windows 7. If you don’t want to go through the steps of creating a bootable disk, then I’d recommend this free download to create bootable usb to install Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista ( who cares about Vista anymore )

Again like TweakUI this is a portable app, which means it does not require installation! Now that’s a good one I’d say.

The tool is very easy to use and all that is required to create is

• 4GB USB drive,
• ISO image of the OS (Windows 7 / Server 2008/ Vista)
• Host OS can be  Windows 7 or Server 2008 or Vista .

In 4 steps your bootable USB is ready

• Check USB drive to see if its connected
• Format USB drive
• Choose DVD or ISO image (To copy the required files to USB drive)
• Start the process to create bootable USB drive
