		<description>We encourage customer service officers in our organisation to use expiry for brief alert messages to all staff such as &quot;person X&#039;s 3pm appointment is in reception&quot; or &quot;fire alarm being tested in 5 minutes&quot; or &quot;elevator maintenance being performed for the next hour&quot;.  Works well.</description>

		<description>Expiring e-mails was interesting.  I have Outlook 2007 &amp; I am trying to find out if there is a way to send an e-mail to someone that can not be forwarded, printed, saved &amp; would delete after being read or minimally some way that once the message is read it would delete itself.</description>
